To get started, simply open the app, enter a few details about your symptoms, and provide your payment information. After that, you ll be in the virtual waiting room. Visits typically start within 30 minutes often in less than 15 minutes. Your visit with GRH ReadyCare is just like a visit to an urgent care or walk in clinic. The provider will discuss your medical history, any medications you are currently taking and ask questions to understand your symptoms. If the provider determines you need a prescription, it will be called in to a local pharmacy. Your GRH ReadyCare visit is private, secure and HIPAA-compliant.
